Why we are working by appointmetn only :

Working by appointment only enables us to provide a more private and efficient service. 

We know it is an inconvenience to be turned away when you are standing at the door, and trust us, we do not want to turn anybody away, but if we do, it is because we are already serving someone. We only have two hands which is just the perfect amount to look after one pair of breasts at a time.

Answering some of your FAQs:

-you can book your appointment up to 5 minutes before your actual fitting, still enabling you to a spur of the moment visit (providing we are free of course)

-appointments are free of charge unless you just want to know your size and purchase somewhere else, in which case we have a £30 flat fee

-yes, you need to book just to browse (that's the 'Anything else' option), and should you find something you like, you will then have a free changing room and time to try it on

-'But I am here now!', and so is the half naked lady currently in the changing room and this is her time.

We understand that as a retail business people want to come in, but we provide a very intimate service which is best delivered in a quiet and private setting. Please remember that we offer first fittings to teenager, we look after women who are undergoing breast cancer treatment, and quite simply a lot of people feel exposed and vulnerable when they are in our changing rooms. This is why we will keep our By Appointment Only way of working. We believe everyone deserves a safe and comfortable place to shop for lingerie and swimwear.
